Portrait of Michal

Michal

Founder/Operator

Fifteen years building sales and recruiting teams and fixing broken processes — he gets in the room early, clarifies what matters, and builds simple systems that hold.

Background

Michal has spent fifteen years building and fixing the engines behind sales and recruiting teams. He started as a Collegiate Sales Director, growing the business from 13 schools to 63 the only way that lasts — building real relationships with bookstore and fan-shop owners in the biggest college towns in the country, from Auburn and Alabama to Ole Miss, Georgia, Michigan, Clemson, USC, Cal, Oregon, and UCLA.

From there he moved into pharma, biotech, and technology — first as a Director of Recruiting working hand-in-hand with sales and recruiting teams, then in Senior Client Engagement, managing enterprise accounts and the dedicated delivery teams behind them. Across all of it the throughline is the same: qualify the work honestly, set clear expectations, and improve the process until it runs clean.

He's at his best clarifying priorities so everyone knows what actually matters, moving with urgency and confidence, and building simple, repeatable systems — the kind that create real accountability and sharpen how a team hires and develops its people.

Outside of work

Michal is based in Central Massachusetts — born and raised. He went to high school and college here and played college baseball (and basketball, for a cup of coffee). Now he's raising a family here, with kids playing the same youth sports on the same fields. He runs into the kids he once played against — now parents themselves — and the coaches and refs who remember him from when he was the kid. It's a full-circle thing, and a big part of why 6M is rooted where it is.

"I work hard at the things I'm passionate about. I don't give my energy to many people or things — but what does get my energy gets everything I've got."
